1. What This Site Is

GimmeBad provides short statements, prompts, and messages ("Bad Ideas") that you may or may not act on.

These are:

• not instructions
• not advice
• not recommendations
• not guarantees

You are responsible for your own choices. We just hand you sentences.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 to use this site.

If you're not, close the tab.

3. What You Can't Do

You agree not to:

• use the site for illegal, harmful, or explicit activity
• harass, threaten, or exploit anyone
• reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the site
• behave like this is therapy, coaching, emergency support, or anything clinical

This is entertainment. If you need help, seek real help.

4. Payments

If you buy something here:

• all charges are final
• refunds are not guaranteed ("No refunds. Obviously.")
• you authorize us to process payment through our provider
• prices may change anytime

We do not store your full payment information. That stays with the processor.

5. No Warranties

The site is provided as is and as available.

We make no promises about:

• accuracy
• usefulness
• emotional outcomes
• how you interpret anything
• what you decide to do afterward

You get Bad Ideas. What you do with them is on you.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any actions you take (or do not take) related to anything displayed, sent, purchased, or implied on this site.

This includes:

• consequences
• misunderstandings
• awkward conversations
• life choices
• emotional turbulence
• anything else

If you choose to act on a prompt, that choice is yours alone.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the site at any time, for any reason, including misuse or inappropriate behavior.
